Hello I bought a laptop that was on sale and had a special offer that I didnt apply cause I didnt read the instructions for the application and noticed after the sale was already made, besides that the offer was improved and the laptop was being sold with a much better ram memory. Despite all of this I called to see if there was a chance they might value costumers satisfaction and change my order so I can pay less and get a better ram memory and they did and Im truly greatful there are stores that are not just after your money that they honestly want their costumers to be happy with the process and that as a consumer you can get a great deal. 100% good costumer service, 100% good contact by phone I highly recommend this store.
