Horrible customer service. That is all that I can say about these guys. I needed something overnight and they said they could do it and everything would be fine. I called multiple times and each time their sales associates assured me the items would ship out tonite from their warehouse and be in my hands by tomorrow. Well, at around 5:30pm (after most computer stores closed and online stores stopped shipping) I get a call from someone at Compu-Terra and I was told that he would not ship the items to me. Now, I needed this item by the next day and I was assured by the sales associates that it would be shipped out via fedex overnight. They never came through and now I am stuck because I needed these items for my business operations. I suggest to anyone that they never use these people. The sales associates say one thing and then switch their decisions at the last minute and place everyone in a hole. Thanks alot compu-terra, you made my day...stink!
