I bought a MK36K from this site and the overall product was fine, my problem however is the extra magazine I ordered along with it was not received and instead i got an m4 mag, When i sent it back to be replaced they did not contact me about a replacement nor a refund. It has been over a month and each time I ask them they say that my inquiry will be forwarded to the correct department and that I will be contacted within 3 days. I waited over a week and no response. Then I waited 5 days after the same message, no response again. I have asked them to just cancel the item and refund my money though I suspect they were out of stock in the first place, I will see how this goes instead. Overall their packaging and customer service are unreliable.
