they never respond to emails. i ordered some molding, the same night i had decided to cancel and go with another product. so i emailed them hoping to catch before shipment. no reply. i called the next day and zach told me that it was it had shipped, and so couldnt be cancelled, and i needed to return it with a 20 percent restocking fee...really? i reluctantly was cordial and decided i would simply refuse shipment when it came to the door. the next day after speaking with zach, i receive an automated email saying that the item was prepped for shipping and was going out soon...no way! so after numerous emails and no responses once again..i guess im out of luck...i will never ever use them again. i hope you guys dont either.
all is based on the customer service aspect..not the product. but what a headache. would you want to deal with a headache even if the product is great?
