If you can't get access to a Fry store, they are not going to accept your return.

On a Vacation, my father needed a phone (his phone died) and we just bought a unlocked phone at Frys. Well one week later this eighty dollar phone died. I called the manufacturer and they told me that I need to return the device to Frys. I called Frys and they told me to return it to a Frys location. But the problem is that there is no Fry's in Hawaii. The customer service told me in her nicest voice, you're screwed.

On Black Friday I ordered a Garmin 1490t gps which was about 30 dollars cheaper than amazon.com black firday lightning deal, and I was sort of anxious about the purchase, because I didn't see many reviews from resellerratings. Although most were positive and I took a chance. I'm glad I did, because it came promptly with the free 2nd day shipping. I'm a happy camper.

I ordered 3 Terabyte hds with a couple of options (enclosures, cables, etc.) After I ordered I found out that I needed to make a change to the order. I tried calling the customer service phone number with no answering and no option to leave a message. I used the customer service email option with quick response and they handled my requests with no fuss. Cheap shipping to Hawaii. Quick shipment.
