I placed my order on October 29 2009, it was for their mp4 player that was going to be a Christmas gift for my wife. Shortly after i received my order conformation and it stated that my card was being charged and everything was good.
A few days later i was checking my order status and it said the the item was on back order and was due to arrive with them on November 30. So i waited and when the date came around i called them.
After waiting on the phone for just over an hour (no lie) i got through and spoke to a customer service rep, I had them double check everything to make sure all was good and that i would still recieve the item buy Christmas. I was re-assured that it would arrive and i would get the item in time.
Today (Dec 4 2009)i check the status again and it says the there is a problem, so i called them. They tell me that the item has arrived and is ready to ship, but they can't ship because there is not enough credit on my card. I was lead to belive that my card had already been charged and that the transaction had gone through. I received nothing to tell me that my card had not been charged at all.
So now i am not getting my item that i have been waiting for for over a month and i am really upset.
I feel that this company is really miss leading and i advise you not to order from them at all. I will never order from these people again...EVER!
