“This order for an item that our web history shows that we had listed as a Pre-Order was taken on a Wednesday and shipped that Friday, 2 days later. It was delivered the following Monday, 5 calendar days after it was placed. We have no phone record that the customer called us regarding availability and if he had, we would have reiterated what was on our site, namely Pre-Order. Nonetheless, with overnight shipping having been requested, this took longer than the customer thought it would. We are going to get in touch with him and apologize for not meeting his expectations plus offer to refund his shipping charges.
