Over the past three weeks, I've placed three orders. All went without a hitch. Their one failing- the inability to edit an order once it's been submitted. Even if it's only been a few hours, the only way to change (or even add-to) the order is to cancel the entire order and resubmit- which is, ironically, the ONLY option that is still available at that point. (This, despite the fact that I was online with a live rep) They were very cordial about the whole mix-up (which was MY fault), but I have to admit I was disappointed at having to cancel an order (and wait for the charge to be refunded to my card), and re-place the order days later. I had the funds to double-up and charge the same order twice, but I wanted to lessen the chances of a mix-up. Still, overall, a VERY GOOD company to do business with. I recommend without reservation.
