This is the 4th or 5th system that I've had built by Cyberpower over 3-4 years, and they are an outstanding company to buy from.

They have an excellent configuration setup, so there are tons of options for upgrading (and down grading options not needed). I've had 2 business type pcs (low-end graphics, no-frills, lotta data backup capability) and 2 gaming systems (high-end graphics, lotta memory, all the frills) built by them. All the systems perform perfectly (and look great).

They do really quality workmanship. You can tell by the quality of cables used to connect the components and that everything is nicely organized (not wires everywhere scattered around). I have had computers built by different companies over the years, and these guys do a really top-notch job.

Shipping/packing has always been secure and never had a problem with damage. Custom built systems do take extra time to be built, so I always allow a couple of weeks from order time to delivery.

Customer service - had an out of stock problem with some lights for my son's computer. A tech emailed to ask about upgrading the lights for free. We went with that, and it looks great! I also needed some info once about a computer that I had bought a few years ago. They looked the info up and emailed it back to me right away. The customer service folks are great!

Prices - I always shop around to see if there is another company building customer computers for a better deal. I've come to the conclusion that the only folks building systems cheaper are guys living in their basement doing it 1 at a time. If you want a real professionally built dependable system, these guys can't be beat.

Basically, if you're looking to have a computer custom-built, these guys get my highest recommendation. Just piece together the system you want, and let these folks build it. You won't be sorry.
