I paid for the order with PayPal, and they claim to have shipped it, but so far the order has still not been received. After contacting them, they told me not to contact them about this order again until after February 11. By that time it will have been around 6 weeks since they claim to have shipped the order. I am beginning to believe FocalPrice is a scam.<br><br>UPDATE: It suddenly dawned on my why Focalprice wanted me to wait until Feb 11 to contact them again about my never-received order. Feb 11 would be the 46th day since I had placed my order, and PayPal will not let you dispute a payment after the 45th day. Obviously they want to stall you until you cannot process a dispute with PayPal. I contacted them immediately and gave them 24 hours to refund my money or would add to their growing list of complaints filed with PayPal. Apparently these were the magic words, because they processed a refund.<br><br>Based on my personal experience, I would place this company in the category of very low integrity.
