I can't say enough good things about this company. I didn't read reviews before looking for an alarm system (although that would have been a good idea) so contacted several local and on-line stores. The alarmsystemstore.com impressed me the first time I spoke with a rep. They provided honest suggestions, even when it meant talking me down to less expensive components, they're prices are competitive, and they take their time talking to you. You feel like you're talking to a neighbor down the street that you've known for years. To be honest, when I called tech support for a programming question and was asked to leave a number for callback my immediate thought was "great, now that I bought the system I'll never hear back...". Before I could finish the thought I was answering their call, literally within five minutes. The support rep was extremely helpful and patient. Also, I'm very happy with the DSC alarm system. It works exactly as they said it would. I am 100% pleased with the product, the store, and the support.
