I didnt check them items out before I wrapped them as they were brand new in the box. On Christmas morning, my son and my two nephews opened their tanks and ALL THREE were broken! two didnt shoot air soft, one of those two only turned left, the other only turned right and the third didnt even have a charging wire installed!!! And then the kicker... I opened a n R\/C helicopter for me and the tail rotor motor was broken and would not work at all. 4 items ordered... 4 items received broken. Cannot get them to respond via email, chat or phone calls.
