Their transparent inventory system and quality customer service team made that backorder experience the best I\u0027ve had. Recently I just ordered a large AV Rack \/ Media Cabinet that needed to be shipped freight. BLT does not mess around - their product pricing was excellent and the freight costs were much less than I was expecting. Communication with the sales team via email was prompt and I am just so pleased with how everything went. The price is competitive, but most charge shipping. They cancelled my order and made up an excuse about MAP pricing being the cause. Lies. Other retailers have it for less, but charge for shipping. If they owned up to the problem that they have no quality assurance on their own site listings and it shouldn\u0027t have had free shipping, then I wouldn\u0027t be posting this review.
