“Frankly, I am very disappointed. My item was shipped on July 30 and as of today August 3 it has not yet delivered. According to the FedEx website, it won't be delivered until tomorrow August 4. You would certainly think that coming from Illinois to Michigan would not take a week. It's time you Gabe some business back t the USPS. I would had my shipment 2 or 3 days ago.”

We understand your frustration, however, once we ship a product there are certain things we cannot control. If you have not received your item please contact our customer care department at 866-946-8243 anytime Monday - Friday 9am – 4pm Central Time, email us with your order number and login name at CustomerSupport@uBid.com, or use our Live Chat feature located on uBid.com under the “Need Help” tab, and will we put a claim and investigate what is causing this delay.”
