hello this is jodi, i ordered a suit for my son 6 weeks before prom and only half the ordered showed up. i called that day and told them that it was missing the shirt and tie and i needed it by may 5th and they said they would ship right away and have it in 3 to 4 days. well its now may 4th the day before prom and still not here. i called 3 times this week and now the day before prom i spoke with the supervisor only to be verbally attacked, laughed at and told if i were to leave a bad comment about them that they spend thousands on an internet compay to wipe bad comments out and i was no threat to them. i was hung up on three times and told to go to walmart and buy the items. very unprofessional, rude, threatning, and i would never suggest doing any bussiness with this company!!!!! i will let as may people know this so they dont have to go through the same problems my family has. TERRIBLE,TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!!!!!!!
