Wrong part shipped. Gave an upgrade which did not match my memory. Cannot boot computer. Customer support not available even by e-mail outside of 10AM-4PM Central time. Solutions don't work. No RMA offered. Their technical support people will talk with you except in very brief e-mails which stretch the process out one step at a time. One e-mail a day, maximum. Still trying to get the problem fixed.
