First I won an eBay auction from them and they contacted me to tell me that they had made a mistake and wouldn't honor the price. So much for the auction process being a binding contract. My complaints to eBay resulted in a warning from eBay to Dakmart.

Although I should have realized what kind of business I was dealing with and gone elsewhere, I was drawn like a moth to a flame by their prices and bought directly from their website. The receiver arrived okay but was slightly dented on the top. I called and inquired about this and they said that it must have happened in shipping and wasn't a warranty item, and that I would have to file a claim with the shipper. Since it was going into a cabinet I wasn't too worked up. But 45 day in the back right surround speaker output quit working and they are refusing to do anything about it.

I have disputed the charges with my credit card company and plan to contact Denon to let them know what a bunch of low lifes they are.......
