I called them everday for a week with an explanation of \u0022be patient we are back logged\u0022..Very rude with no care of my complaint going up the line. Cancel the order was their only response without explanation. I finally (after 3 weeks) was put in touch with a supervisor (Henry)with no response other than its on backorder at Sony. He said they are so swamped they are not doing the black friday thing again. I say they should get out of the business altogether!
