I sent a single email to SquareTrade explaining the problem and detailing what I did to try to overcome that problem. SquareTrade recognized the problem and agreed that the computer needed to go to ewaste. I did sign an affidavit attesting to the condition of the machine. They only question that I needed to answer was how would I like the refund to be sent to me!<br><br>SquareTrade met or exceeded all my expectations. I have since purchased other items and I also got the SquareTrade warranty on them as well.
