Men's Warehouse will ruin a wedding! We had the misfortune of renting tuxedos from Men's Warehouse. At first, the tuxes came in a little late, but not problem, right? We had all been measured recently so everything should fit. First, one groomsman called to say that they didn't give him his jacket because it wasn't on the order. When I called, the associate said "What, you wanted him to look like the other groomsmen?" Finally his jacket came in. The father of the bride's jacket was much too small and the associate told him "to just deal with it" and same with the best man, except his was way too big. I guess the new fad in weddings is not to wear a jacket with a tuxedo??? According to the incompetent and rude Men's Warehouse employees. Then after the wedding, when I finally thought everything was over, the best man returned the tuxes to the store, and the associate refused to take one back, claiming that the groomsman who dared to want a jacket with his tuxedo owed for two tuxedos. Not only are the rude and incompetent, Men's Warehouse are also dishonest and will do anything to steal and double-charge from their customers.
