First time customer, ordered a custom workstation for my company. Took 1 month to receive it. However, the assembly is very nice, packaging was great, easy order tracking, and reasonable prices.
No experience w/ customer service, tech support, etc.

When I need something quickly for work, I will choose somewhere else. For personal or for non-time-critical business, I will order again.

Spent a little extra for memory withOUT "oem" in its description, and guess what...it was oem. Also, it took 7 days to receive order--ok, just a little on the long side. It was free shipping, so I wouldn't usually complain, but it arrived marked as $0.96 postage, which is not exactly great added value.

Have not tested yet, will update if there are problems.

Quality RAM, not overclocked or some other chips under the heatsinks.
Great prices, but took a couple of days to ship, and UPS only seems to deliver on the last possible day.

Easy website, but sort of a small selection outside of RAM.

Quick shipping, and they didn't charge my credit card until shipped.
Everything was well packed except a PC case, which was shipped in manufacturer's original packaging. It suffered minor shipping damage, but overall I am satisfied.

Paid for new 5.1 speaker system, received open box, damaged subwoofer, NOT WORKING...obviously sent back by someone else and still shipped to me, defective.

First I called about no paperwork (manual, registration card, etc.) in the box. They said they talked with UPS and it "fell out" during shipping. The box was shipped inside another box, both undamaged and unopened, so that was a bald-faced lie (I used to work for UPS).

I dealt with Midiland (manufacturer) to get it repaired.
