I clicked on a book described as \u0022New to good\u0022 , then received an e-mail from Dualj stating that the book would be shipped as \u0022Acceptable or better\u0022. I responded the same day (Nov. 23, 2010) asking that the order be canceled. No reply. I asked again for confirmation a week later. Again, no reply. On Dec. 9 the book was shipped from someone I\u0027ve never heard of; I received it today, and it looks like someone found it in a trash bin.
