I ordered some shoes for my mother last December. They had not been shipped by 1/16/2010, so I emailed requesting a status. On 1/19/2010, they indicated the shoes were out of stock but would be shipped on 1/29/2010. They charged me for the shoes when I placed the order and since I pay my credit card in full every month, I paid for the shoes prior to 1/29/2010. I never received the shoes, and I cannot get them to credit my account for the $112. They have acknowledged that I should have never been charged and keep telling me it should be taken care of in 7-10 days. After 6 months, I am still fighting them for a refund. As far as I am concerned they are crooks.
