I deal with many on-line merchants, and Adorama is at the top of my list. My latest transaction went as smoothly as all my others. The item arrived faster than expected, the quality of the item was higher than expected for the price. The packaging was effective at protecting the item. In the rare instance where I need to return an item, there are no problems, no hassles. I am very happy with Adorama.

My recent purchase of a Leica 90 Elmarit R arrived exactly as advertized, in EX condition. I have dealt with KEH for years and they have been completely reliable and trustworthy in all of my dealings. A top quality company to deal with, even when I need to return an item. (my returns were never their fault) They were invariably polite and professional, no hassle. I will be dong business with them for years to come.

I have been doing multiple transactions this month, and am still extremely impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of these people. Well done.
