I sent it back in for repair under warranty, but they claim that I didn\u0027t include the remote. I taped it directly to the unit. It then became my word against theirs. They sent the item back without the remote controller. I talked to everyone including their employee Jason Taketa (terrible to deal with) and his supervisor. They accused me of lying and trying to cheat them.<br><br>I got my item back without getting my remote. Their customer service was horrible. I will never shop there again. I had defective battery and c9tech couldn\u0027t do anything about it. Had to call Asus when I gave my money to c9tech. Finally returned the item because I was not satisfied with item nor c9tech.
