I just placed an order with 2020pc.com for a Marantz AV7005. The order was processed, the money was debited from my account immediately, but then deposited back to my account in the AM. I called them this morning to check on the status of the order and was told that they don't have any record of the purchase even though I have an email confirmation with the order number.
Sells people just gave me the run around and just hung up the phone. They advertised the lowest price for this item, but will no honor the purchase. They told me that I had to just go back to the website to reorder the item. When I did this, the item now displays a note saying "not available." This is a classic case of bait and switch and false advertisement. DO NOT do business with this company because they are not willing to honor their low advertised prices or work with you to resolve the order.
