Tried to call every day for the last 23 days only get a \u0022closed for inventory\u0022 message. No response to emails. No response to fax. I have lots of time and money and will not just forget this. I have already been in contact with numerous consumer fraud organizations and I don\u0027t care how much I have to spend taking them to court. I hope the rest of you folks that got ripped off are not going to let them get away with this! It\u0027s the right thing to do to fight these crooks. Went to the manufacturer for repair and they balked saying Chumbo was not an authorized retailer. Contacted Chumbo and they took the ball and ran with it contacting the manufacturer and getting the go-ahead for me to get the repairs. When my local authorized repair shop was too busy to take on the work, Chumbo sent me a brand new unit and allowed me to ship the defective unit back at no cost to me. They paid for all the shipping costs. The woman I dealt with at customer service was so nice and helpful. She should teach the other retailers how to deal with customers! Go Chumbo!
