I was very pleased with my recent shopping experience with United Online Shopping. Before purchasing the receiver from them, I did fairly extensive comparisons of other web merchants that carry the receiver. United Online struck me as having very good customer support (and feedback), as well as very competitive pricing. There was no attempt at hard selling. When I preordered, the receiver (a brand new model) was not yet in stock. I was kept informed of when they expected it, and my credit card was not charged until it actually shipping. Communications with Customer Service were excellent before my purchase, and because I had no problems, I have not had any reason to contact them since.
They are not an authorized dealer for Pioneer Elite products (no online site is authorized), but they are upfront about it on their website, and offer to cover any warranty repairs if you ship the product back to them for the full warranty period (two years).
Shipping was reasonably priced and prompt. They are in California, and I live in New York -- the receiver was shipped FedEx ground on a Tuesday and delivered to my door on Saturday of the same week. (A minor quibble, signature was required to receive the package, but considering its insured value, this is understandable.)
I recommend them and would buy from them again.
