I've purchased a fair amount of items from Phat Performance and always look to them for what's next on my list of bike accessories. Prices are as low as I can find online, no tax where I live, shipping is usually free, tracking numbers are generally sent the following day, and I've had to contact them once regarding a product question, they were polite and helpful. Can't remember having to return an item, so I can't rate that process, but I imagine it would be painless. They usually have a 5% discount if you hit a $ threshold or during certain times of the year, I usually accumulate a wishlist large enough to take advantage of this.

Ordered my backpack and had it shipped later that afternoon. The president of the company kept in contact via email and responded to any questions immediately. Given the low price I paid, I couldn't have asked for anything more. Would highly recommend collegebackpacking.com to others.
