Quick shipment and well wrapped items. Items brand new. Prices are excellent with specials and coupons. Will buy again.

My credit card was charged but the order was not shipped since I had it shipped to work instead of home. No one got back to me to let me know about this. I had to call to inquire why the order has not been shipped. They than asked me to provide copy of government id, which I faxed over but again it was not received because they have some weird fax system that has a delay. I faxed the doc 3 times. Still did not receive it. Finally I scanned it and emailed it. Finally it was approved. Order took another 4 days to ship. The price was ok, not super cheap but still best I cold find so I was willing to deal with the terrible customer service. Overall very bad experience but I'm happy with the product. They should fix their website so that it does not let you ship to another address for high priced item and new customer, instead of charging and not doing anything about it.

We are sorry to hear that you did not have an overall satisfactory experience with our store. We reached out to you to confirm the address with in 72 hours of you placing your order. We strive to serve our customers as best we can. We understand you had selected a different ship to address at checkout to be able to sign for the package, and we just needed to verify this information so as to ensure you would be able to receive your item. Our records also indicate that we shipped this item within our 10 day processing time frame and that it was delivered to you within the time frame you selected at checkout. Being a high cost item, we did not want to risk this item being mis-delivered. Our intention is never to provide our customers with terrible customer service. We hope that you understand our position, and give us another shot. We are making improvements everyday.

I have purchased many watches from WorldofWatches.com There has been several instances where I have received defective merchandise. While I did get my money back, I wish the quality control was there in the first place to ensure that the items are in perfect condition when they are shipped out. Both items in question were over 1000 dollars, so I would expect the quality control to be there. Otherwise the prices are good, the shipment is fast and I'll probably by more watches from them.
