Once I did reach a woman by phone who agreed to a refund. Didn\u0027t happen. I have escalated this to a PayPal claim and also to the South Central branch of the Better Business Bureau of Ontario.<br>This has been the worst online experience ever for me by far. Do yourself a big favour and purchase elsewhere.<br><br>UPDATE: PayPal came through for me and refunded. I recommend using them. They can save you from guys like this.
