I ordered a TV stand from them on December 8th, the site indicated there were 2 in stock and estimated delivery by December 22nd the latest. <br><br>When I didn\u0027t receive it by 12-24 I phoned them and the rep told me they gave the two they had in stock to other customers (well, thank you very much!). He told me they would deliver it by December 29th, at least 7 days late and AFTER CHRISTMAS! (thank you very much AGAIN). <br><br>When I didn\u0027t receive the product by January 3rd, I cancelled the order. As of January 20th, the credit had not shown on my credit card account, so I had to call Visa to dispute the charge and get it removed. <br><br>These idiots have no concept of customer service and I\u0027m amazed they are in business at all.
