In the past the shipping of the product was slow and it was not until I sent e-mails asking about the shipping that the product was shipped. I also purchased a set of earrings and prior to them being shipped they went on sale at a considerable saving. When I inquired about this I received no response until the sale was over for the earrings, and it stated that they could not honor the sale price because the sale was over.
