I ordered my case and headphone jack on wednesday and it shipped by friday which is within their 2 business days. I then recieved it on monday which was a total of 3 business days since i ordered it. As i waited, my target date had passed and i decided that i no longer wanted to wait and i contacted BLT and they were very helpful and let me switch my order to a different almost identical processor that i am currently running problem free and very happily. This company is definitely one that if given the chance, i will deal with once again. They have fast responses, they keep you upto date, and work hard for you whenever they can. Also, the day i switched my order was the day my new CPU shipped.
