I ordered a pair of Danskos on March 16 and my credit card was charged on the 17th. I thought I was getting such a good deal saving $18 off my bill for ordering over a certain amount... AND free shipping. Well, still no shoes after almost 3 months and after canceling my order, no refund. The first 2 emails they actually answered and shipment was promised within 2 weeks(that was 2 months ago). The last 5 have gone unanswered and no phone number that I can find on the website. I have contacted my credit card company hoping to get my refund through them. How is this company still in business? I have never had this problem with ordering online before. I hope everyone reads these reviews before ordering because this is NO DEAL!
