Because of an oversight error during assembly, it arrived with only one of the two CD\/DVD drives installed. Kevin shipped the missing unit immediately with apologies, but I still was required to pay another IT person to install it. Otherwise, everything is even better than my best-case scenario. I\u0027m very happy with the extremely helpful ordering experience and with the final result.
