Lensmate is a great company! I emailed them about some questions I had about their adapters and lenses. It took a few days for them to respond, but the answers they provided were clear and very helpful. I placed my order during Labor Day weekend; on the 4th I received an email stating that the order was being shipped via USPS; it arrived on the 7th in excellent condition!

I've been using Petfooddirect.com for years; this is a great place to find hard-to-locate items. Overall, I find that they are a decent company to do business with; even customer support is friendly and helpful. Only complaint I have is that it takes so long for orders to be completed and shipped.

Ordered two books using standard free shipping services:

"Order Received" confirmation email arrived almost instantly; a few minutes later I received another email stating that my order was scheduled for shipment complete with links for tracking information.

Late yesterday afternoon (2/9/07) UPS delivered my book in excellent condition. Total turnaround: 1 week!

Now excuse me, I have a some reading to catch up on :)

After checking the prices at various online and local retailers, I decided to purchase via PC Connection using their standard delivery service.

Within minutes, I received an email confirming my order and that it was being processed; the next day, I received another email stating that my order was being shipped; on the third day, the doorbell rang: it was DHL with my order! That was definitely the fastest turn-around for anything I ever ordered, either online or via catalogs without paying for the extra shipping!

I would definitely consider doing business with this company again. Great prices/great service!

I ordered a 250G Western Digital hard drive after seeing it on sale in that week's sales flier. Because I was rather busy that week and wasn't sure when I could get to the store, I decided to order it online for in-store pickup.

Within a few minutes of placing my order, I received a email confirming my order, that the item was in stock and was being processed. A short time later, I received another email stating that the hard drive was ready for pickup.

When I finally got to the store a few days later, customer service took my confirmation email/receipt, verified my order, and went and got the hard drive from the store room. As soon as I got home, I installed it; I am happy to report that the hard drive is working fine.

I would definitely consider ordering online for in-store pickup again.
