I ordered a camera battery and SD card on 10/29. I did not know the company is in China and it took 17 days to get to me in Los Angeles. What I got was the battery, no SD card and no packing slip/invoice. I needed the SD card so I bought it locally and, using their unique and convaluted internal complaint system, I requested a refund for the missing SD card. They replied (on their website, not by email) that they mailed out the SD card on 11/3. By today, 11/23 I still haven't received it. I replied to them that I no longer needed for SD card and would refuse it if it was to be delivered. They replied it would be delayed if I refused it but they would issue a credit eventually if they received it back. This is customer service at its worst. Beware. Caveat emptor. If I ever receive my refund, I will post it here.
It is now December 1 and they still insist I wait for the SD card they say they sent 27 days ago even though I told them I couldn't wait and already bought it locally. They are procrastinating indefinitely on issuing my refund.
Today, December 2 they read what I wrote above and issued my refund.
