Was very happy with the price when i ordered my canon t3i with daxmart on 10/4. Unfortunately , that camera never shipped. The company switched names and i left 1 message and 3 emails and no response. Not sure if i should contact my credit card company or what, just would like the camera. Will keep everyone updated on the status of my order.
Update:
After more then a month, i finally received my order on 11/8. It took several more emails, a post to their Facebook page and for them to review this post to final get a response from them. They claim that they lost my original order number and that is the reason why they could not contact me. They ignored the fact that they had my number from a voice mail i left and they had my email address from the numerous emails i sent. I took a chance and re-ordered the camera (since i was not advised by anyone from their company) and received it about a week later. They did call and offer me a price break on batteries and filters for my troubles with their company and also "rushed" my order to me so i would not wait 10 days.
I will never shop with seaviewcamera.com again and am not advising any of my friends to purchase their cameras or lenses from this company. Customer service was horrible, all it takes is a simple email a month ago to solve my problem. If i did not have my credit card company on my side i would of never risked the re-ordered of the camera. I advise everyone that is going to use this company to purchase the camera with a credit card so you can dispute the transaction if something life this happens.
