Good stock, great price matching but I had serious problems with their web site. The system would frequently forget that I was logged in, the shopping cart would forget things, the customer support system would drop messages - terribly frustrating experience. Once I managed to place the order (took two days !!!) , they shipped very fast and they keep you informed with automated progress emails (nice touch).
Would I buy again? Only if I can place my order normally like I do with every other web merchant. I could not take the hassle a second time.
Update: NCIX has initiated a substantial effort to determine why there are problems with the web site. I am very happy to see that they actually care.
Update/Second order: I ordered some parts after store closing Dec 21, the complete order was out by 3 pm next day and in my hands on the 23rd !!! I am extremely impressed that NCIX can do this considering the Christmas madness. I had a small issue with my order that was quickly handled by customer service and to my complete satisfaction.
