Good stock, great price matching but I had serious problems with their web site. The system would frequently forget that I was logged in, the shopping cart would forget things, the customer support system would drop messages - terribly frustrating experience. Once I managed to place the order (took two days !!!) , they shipped very fast and they keep you informed with automated progress emails (nice touch).
Would I buy again? Only if I can place my order normally like I do with every other web merchant. I could not take the hassle a second time.
Update: NCIX has initiated a substantial effort to determine why there are problems with the web site. I am very happy to see that they actually care.
Update/Second order: I ordered some parts after store closing Dec 21, the complete order was out by 3 pm next day and in my hands on the 23rd !!! I am extremely impressed that NCIX can do this considering the Christmas madness. I had a small issue with my order that was quickly handled by customer service and to my complete satisfaction.

Ordering process was straight forward but trying to track the order past the "we have shipped it" point is dismal. I ordered on the 10th, didn't get notified til the 12th that the order supposedly shipped on the 10th but the notification had a blank where the tracking number should be. It's the 14th and I still have no clue if it actually shipped and if so where it is.

Ordered an Epson 4000 printer from them, unit arrived as promised, excellent pre-sales support (their standard couriers couldn't take the freight due to size and they arranged freight via a forwarder of my choice)and excellent packaging/labelling by their shipping department.
Prices seem to be very competitive.
I will be purchasing from them again.

Update: My order for the printer included some smaller items. One of these items failed. As explained to me, unless an item (not manufactured by them) fails within their 21 days DOA policy, they basically wash their hands off it. They will forward defective items to the manufacturer but the customer is responsible for freight to Greytech and freight back to the customer. Based on this information, I can no longer recommend them.
