I ordered $37+ of gamecube accessories from Baysoftgames.com on 11/1, my card was charged on 11/4. When I still had not received my merchandise on 11/14, I emailed the company asking for my order status. I didn't get any response. On 11/17, I tried emailing them again, no response. I called them and got a recorded message, to way to leave one though. I called and emailed them again on the 19th and the 21st, again no response and one of their numbers was disconnected, the other was just un answered. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they weren't able to get any response out of them either. It is 12/22/07 and I still have not received my merchandise or refund or any kind of communication. Do not give these crooks your money. I have never had this happen to me before, very disappointing.
