Worst customer service ever! I was sending my grandparents an arrangement for Christmas. I received an email stating my order was delivered. I didn't think twice about it until I talked to my grandparents a few days later and haden't received it. I contacted FTD and they said they would resend the arrangement. Come to find out they did not and didn't even try to contact me to tell me otherwise. When I contacted them about my arrangement they were rude and continuously told me that it was delivered. If it was delivered it was delivered to the wrong house! They also told me that they could not deliver another one before Christmas! I am also still waiting for my money and it is January 3rd! I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the transaction! How awful trying to scramble around the day before Christmas eve to find a present for my grandparents that should have been there a week and a half before hand! I will never use this company again and I suggest you do not either!
