“When we had discussed sending "small items" we were clear it would be a t-shirt and some other FrozenCPU swag. In our emails with you, this didn't seem to be an issue, which is why we are shocked to hear on here (a month later) that you felt shorted. It may not have been discussed with you at the time, but we did pay for a premium, expedited International shipping service to get the correct items to you. This allowed you to avoid having to use your freight forwarding address in the US which would have been much cheaper for us to send to than the route we took.
