I took advantage of 6ave.com's "Name Your Price" promotion, and submitted an offer for 50% off list on a Monster Power power conditioner. I received a response same-day, placed an order, and it shipped the next day. Couldn't ask for a better experience from an online store.

I ordered a refurbished Velodyne MicroVee from this store early in the morning on the day of the purchase. It shipped promptly that afternoon, with a verifiable UPS tracking number that didn't just turn out to be "billing data submitted", as some other stores have done for days before anything moves out the door. Despite being marketed as refurbished, the sub appeared to be in as-new condition, and only a small scratch on one side, visible only with very close inspection, turned out to separate it from a new sub. I have been burned before by dealers claiming that they are authorized and selling refurbished gear, but in this case, not only did Velodyne back up the dealer status, everything in the box checked out. All parts were factory-sealed, the warranty card was in the box as it should be, and the serial number sticker was perfectly clean and legible, with no signs of tampering. This is a highly professional operation that delivers excellent mail-order service at the lowest price I've seen for the particular sub represented in this condition. I can't imagine doing better, and would enthusiastically order from them again.

Ordered a JBL 400iHD clock radio/iPod dock. B&H had the lowest price of any authorized dealer, and one of the lowest prices available anywhere. The item shipped a day after ordering, exactly as promised, and arrived in factory-sealed condition, inside a well-packed shipping carton. This is my sixth purchase from B&H in as many years, and I regard them as my first choice for an Internet retailer of electronics or camera-related equipment.
