The correct item arrived in perfect condition in two days using their free shipping option. I was charged the advertised price, which was slightly lower than any competitor.

I ordered an item named "Hot Buy - 7 Pack Canon BCI-6 - 2 Black 1ea. C, M, Y, PC, PM" from InkjetMadness. I quickly received a well-packed shipment of printer ink that wasn't made by Canon and wasn't part #BCI-6. The website didn't indicate that this ink wasn't made by Canon, but customer service was quick to respond and very upfront that Inkjetmadness doesn't sell any Genuine Canon Ink. The RMA process was easy enough, but I never received any confirmation that the store received my return shipment. A full refund (including shipping) appeared on my credit card three weeks after I dropped the package off for return at the post office.

I bought an AppleCare warranty certificate for much less than other vendors charge. The correct item shipped quickly, and Apple accepted it as genuine. No problems at all.

I've ordered cables from pccables.com several times, and I've always gotten the right item quickly. The cables always work as expected, and it's always easy to tell what is what on the web site.

This was the first time I've needed to deal with their customer service (I ordered the wrong quantity), and I was impressed with the under-ten-minute response time. The customer service department was helpful, courteous, and efficient.

The laptop parts that I ordered arrived in a timely fashion and in new condition. There wasn't a wealth of information about the items on the web site, but the part numbers and part names are enough if you know what you are looking for.

My only complaint is that the order status did not update very frequently. I placed my order on a Tuesday, the parts shipped on Wednesday, but the tracking number was not available until Friday. I was a little worried because the availability field on the parts changed from "Ships in 24 hours" to "Ships in 4-6 weeks" during this time, and I didn't know how long I would have to wait. If the order status page gave me a tracking number when the shipping information was sent to the courier instead of two days later, I would have been a lot less worried. The parts did ship quickly, but I didn't have any way of knowing that. Most sites are better about this than Partsolver, but other sites don't have quite the selection of parts or quite as appealing prices as Partsolver.
