UGGH!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED, they advertised an item "in stock" and I placed an order for it. 4 days later the order was still "Processing", their website does not provide status updates. I had to either call or chat with an agent for an update.

After chatting with an agent I learned that the order was still processing and will be filled first come, first served... 4 DAYS of processing??? Really???

She said when the order completed processing it would likely be cancelled because they were out of stock... Nice...

I asked her to CANCEL my order and I will gladly order elsewhere for a few dollars more to get honest reliable service! I will NEVER SHOP at micro center again!

I purchased some Oakley prescription glasses from them. Excellent service, outstanding lens quality! Fast shipping - even with free shipping I got them in a week!

They were able to price match another internet offer and they provided much better service than expected.

They have a nice tool to allow you to upload your face and you can try on glasses, but I found it was best to go to a local store and find a pair I liked -- then I shopped online.

Saved lots of money compared to local stores! No TAX, free shipping, no hassles! They even called me to check in on me a week after my purchase.

POOR customer service, but good quality product.

I received 3 emails with 3 different order numbers for the same items! Very confusing system.

I also received order tracking information for several OTHER customers in different states including their shipping address and the total dollar amount of their purchase. I consider this to be a privacy and security issue.

I escalated this to their "Customer service manager" who was not even apologetic. I told her I was concerned that there may be fraudulent activity on my card since my order number referenced other people's tracking information. She simply said she would contact the "IT GUY" and proceeded to say something about a "Mainframe"---- really???

I would NOT purchase from them again!

I purchased a Pentax X90 camera from them via ebay buy it now. Their price was outstanding and shipping was "free", although I wanted to upgrade to faster shipping as offered on their ad - I proceeded to purchase.

After committing to the buy it now on ebay - while completing the order I did not see the optional upgraded shipping services offered anywhere.

4/12 I contacted them via phone and was told I can not change my order because it was an ebay order and it had already shipped (fast order processing)- HOWEVER :)

4/14 I received a phone call from Beach Camera who contacted me to apologize and they were sending me the camera overnight at no additional charge.

Thank you for the service! I will be back again :)

After reading all of these reviews I felt confident purchasing from Memory Suppliers, however... Although there were some communication issues, I received a welcome phone call from Customer Service who helped straighten things out.

I was assured they will provide better after hours service and he would do his best to provide top notch service.

Overall, I am happy with the price, and I trust their after hours service and relationship with Google checkout will improve.

good: service, reasonable prices on products and shipping, great selection. Central location shipped from CO, so it only took 3 days to arrive.
not so good: took 2 days to ship, hard to find things on their website via search. Sometimes I found I had to enter a general search and then drill down from there.

Overall, I will definately shop at Cabelas again.

Good prices, reasonable shipping charges, they accept paypal, knowledgable staff. Not so good: Website needs update - store hours are listed wrong, items show 'in stock' that are actually back ordered... Customer service is lacking, my order showed 'in stock', but my order status was saying pending for a few days, I finally called and had to be transferred to another person who said that item was back ordered and wont be in until early 2008! Oh well, they cancelled my order and I found one elsewhere...

Good email response time, Great prices, a bit slow to ship (they drop ship = 2 day shipping lag time), shipping prices a bit higher than average, BUT I did recieve my USPS Priority Mail package in 2 days from > 3,000 miles across the country!

I ordered a pair of Micro SD cards on Feb 9, it is Feb 22nd, still NO CARDS. I was told it shipped on Feb 15th, however the website says the order is in process. I am not happy with thier customer service, or shipping policy, or their lack of communication on back orders!
