So far, my experience with AutoAnything has been less than satisfactory. Maybe they will turn around my feelings, but it's not looking hopeful. A crucial piece for my Jeep soft top was received broken. (it looked like UPS had dropped the box off the truck and drug it down the road) Within a few hours of receiving it, I opened the box so I could make sure all of the pieces were there, which they were. I discovered the broken piece and right away, took a picture and emailed their customer service. By mid-morning the next day, I hadn't heard anything back so I called their customer service line and spoke to someone who asked me to send pictures of the box it arrived in so they could verify that it was shipping damage. No problem - I did that and emailed them to her. I was told that I would be contacted by 'logistics' within the next 1-2 business days regarding my replcememnt. 2 business days later, I had not heard anything, so I emailed them again. The response I got was that they had to resubmit the pictures to complete their claim and it would be another 24-48 hours. I finally had lost my patience with it all and emailed them and said I thought it wasn't right that their claim with UPS should affect when I am shipped my replacement. That was a day ago, and no one has bothered to get back to me. I spent a large amount of money on this item, and I cannot believe they don't have better customer service. We'll see what happens, but so far, I am not impressed.
