I have been shopping at Pictureline for almost 4 years and not ONCE have they treated me poorly or made me feel as if my questions were stupid, whereas another local photo chain store called me a \u0022soccer mom photographer\u0022 and was very condescending to me. I have actually called Pictureline while on the job a few times and have received personal help with technical issues. I am blown away by their friendly, experienced and knowledgeable staff.
