I was sent a defective product originally, and was pissed off that I had to pay for return shipping, but after talking with the manager (who was very sympathetic and apologetic) refunded me for MORE than the shipment back actually cost.

Customer service appears to be their main priority and despite the original mishap I would highly recommend this seller. I got a great price for a great product and am overall happy with this transaction
