this was great online purchasing experiance and the product was delivered when they said it would be here and it is great.

paid for next day ups and recieved a tracking number but order did not arrive got it a day later now the product is junk not really theri fault but they could do something in the way of customer satifaction! this product is to big the ear wrap sucks and reception is very poor at best do not buy a dragon cdhs-0001 it is not a good buy however the newer versionis supposedto be better but also went to callpod who makes them and they offered me a whopping 15% discount to a newer version which is 99.00 plus and not sure if it is any better.
